Returns and Exchanges

Returns are welcomed for store credit, within 3 days of receipt, unused and tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized/bespoke items. All sales are final for them. We do not accept returns or exchanges if products are bought through any source other than PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE OR ORIGINAL PACKING LIST.?

If you need to return an item, simply return your item to the return address below. A $35 USD returns processing fee will be deducted from your store credit.?

All items must be returned to the return address above.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.??

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:? Returning international items can be made at your expense for store credit per our return policy.? Once received, a $35 USD return processing fee will be deducted from your store credit.?

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please, let us know! Email pics to [email protected], do NOT return the defective item.? Include your name, order number, and photos of the damage.?

IMPORTANT:? FOR ITEMS LESS THAN $75. DO NOT send your return back to us with a signature required.? We cannot send our team to the post office to collect your package.? If you send your package with a signature required, your credit will not be processed.?



All ground orders will be shipped after processing which averages 5-8 days. Ground shipments have a 10-14 day average transit time.? During the busy season's the shipment processing may be delayed. For items that are "pre-order", the product will ship by the date listed next to the product. Pre-order release dates are estimates only and can ship before or after the stated date.?

BENJAMIN is not responsible for mail loss, theft or incorrect and/or insufficient mailing address entries.?

PRE ORDERS: Pre-orders are estimated ship dates only, and can vary depending on the production process. If you have a specific event date, we advise not ordering a pre-order item and choosing something in stock. Pre-orders are cancellable for STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU ORDER A PRE ORDER ITEM MIXED WITH AVAILABLE TO SHIP NOW ITEMS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE PRE ORDER ITEM IS AVAILABLE. PLEASE ORDER SEPARATELY FOR PRE ORDER ITEMS IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE IN STOCK ITEMS SOONER. By accepting an item on pre-order status, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.?
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and you will be able to see it in your online profile whenever you are logged in.

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale and regular priced items are eligible for store credit if returned in the appropriate timelines and condition.?

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the return address we've provided.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will credit the gift giver.

Merchandise must be returned with the RETURN TAG attached.

All import fees, taxes and/or duties are the responsibility of the customer. A?partial refund will be issued if the delivery is unsuccessful or refused by you due to the unpaid taxes and/or duties.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, in its original condition and packaging as received (if the package received is damaged, then please return the merchandise?in the damaged packaging).

All footwear must be returned in its original condition with the original shoe box and packaging, NO postal labels on the shoe box.

Undergarments, swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

The cost of the return shipment will not be covered by BENJAMIN.

A refund will only be issued in its original form of the payment method or Store Credit.
